I first met Morrine Robey years ago at another Manhattan Beach open house. Her professionalism and manner were so outstanding that I knew that when it came time to sell, I would select her as my broker. Over the years, Morrine was extremely helpful in recommending all kinds of experienced workers for various things I needed to maintain my home. And so, when it was time to sell, I contacted Morrine, and I knew I had made the right decision.

During that time, we must have met close to 100 realtors almost all of whom tried to enlist our business. The day we met David at an open house, we knew he was the right one to help us find our home. David was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful without being pushy, invasive or "salesy." With experience in home building and ownership, we were looking for something specific and were pretty particular. David was patient, responsive, and, as others said, unfailingly courteous and highly respected in this community by his peers and customers. We were looking in a tough market and were outbid on several offers. Each time, David got right back out and found us more good options. Ultimately, we found our home because David networked on our behalf and found us the perfect place at the perfect price. We hope we'll live here for a long while but already know that when the time comes to sell or buy again, we'll be calling on David. In the meanwhile, he is now our neighbor and friend. Dave helped us purchase our home 2 years ago. He is as honest as they come. We looked into a couple of other houses prior to our current purchase -- they were less than ideal, but we didn't really know any better. Instead of trying to make a "quick sale" (which he could easily have done), he was honest and committed to helping us find the best house for our budget. He was helpful in connecting us to the right people to help us with this process.
