Real estate agent David Keller started his career as a professional dancer. “That means I’ve got the rhythm, grace and precision to navigate even the trickiest negotiations with style and flair!” he says. David and his team at Estate Properties—including agents Mia Ellison, Gina Bradley and Morrine Robey—have more than 100 years of experience in the real estate industry.

What makes you stand out among local Realtors®?
I know the South Bay like the back of my hand—every curve, corner and hidden gem. And I bring that insider knowledge, along with a keen eye for detail and a deep sense of professionalism, to every transaction. I blend sharp communication skills with a warm, down-to-earth approach that instantly puts clients at ease. With years of experience leading thousands of agents, I have a knack for staying one step ahead—keeping clients in the loop, anticipating their needs and answering questions before they’re even asked.

I formed my team with the same high standards and the same love of fun. We make the process not just seamless but genuinely enjoyable. When you work with us, you’re not just getting real estate pros—you’re teaming up with people who care deeply, communicate clearly and love what we do.

What is your professional superpower?
My exceptional relationships and stellar reputation with agents throughout the South Bay. Our mutual respect opens doors, smooths negotiations and creates opportunities that others simply can’t match. When you work with us, you benefit from a powerful local network that helps get deals done quickly and successfully.

What do you credit for your success?
Discipline.

Which real estate transaction are you proudest of?
The transaction I’m proudest of isn’t about the size or price—it’s about the heart behind it. I had the privilege of working with a single mother living in a Gardena condo who dreamed of owning a single-family home for her family. Together with a dedicated lender, we navigated the process to make that dream come true.

Watching her step into a home that was truly hers—where she could build memories and create stability—was incredibly fulfilling. It reminded me that real estate is about so much more than just buying or selling; it’s about helping people find a place to call their own, a foundation for their future. That emotional connection and the value of homeownership is what makes this transaction my proudest.

Describe your communication style.
My communication style is direct and transparent, and it keeps clients fully informed at every step. I provide clear, honest updates with no surprises, wrapped in a comprehensive weekly seller report. From marketing activity to feedback and next steps, every detail is continually shared so clients are never left in the dark. My goal is to help them feel confident, empowered and in control throughout the entire process.

Tell us about a book that has made an impact on you.
I read The Daily Stoic because its simple, daily reflections help me focus on what I can control and let go of what I can’t. I’m always astonished that these writers, speaking from ages past, still manage to amplify and shed light on the very same issues we face today. Their timeless wisdom builds habits of clear thinking, calmness and resilience, making it easier to navigate modern life with perspective and purpose.

What do you expect to see in real estate this year, specifically in Southern California?
This year, Southern California’s real estate market will stay competitive, but there are still opportunities for those who are actively searching. Even with tight inventory and strong demand, buyers who stay engaged and persistent can uncover hidden gems. With the right strategy and a keen eye, opportunities are absolutely out there waiting to be found.

What have clients said about working with you?

“I have been proud to have David represent my interests and without hesitation recommend him to others.”
“I highly recommend Dave whether it’s listing your home or looking for a home in the Beach Cities.”
